2. Website and portfolio purpose

This website presents software development, web design and AI integration services, with completed and ongoing projects. It does not provide online purchases or payments.

Each project’s stage is stated. An MVP or prototype is intended for validation and may have limited features. Screenshots show a particular version; interfaces and features can change. Demonstration illustrations are labelled.

Portfolio apps may require sign-in and are governed by their own terms. A product’s appearance here does not automatically grant access, a licence or a subscription.

3. Enquiries, quotes and contracts

Contact by form, email or phone starts a discussion. A receipt confirmation confirms an enquiry, not an order; an email draft still needs to be sent by you. Browsing or making an enquiry does not purchase a service.

Scope, deliverables, price, VAT, deadlines, payments, acceptance criteria and usage rights are defined in the agreed quote and contract. Hosting, maintenance, licences and external service usage are included only when those documents say so.

Requirement changes and additional work are discussed and confirmed separately. Where the client is a consumer, mandatory information and rights under applicable law will be respected.

4. Content and intellectual property

Texts, design, images, trademarks and portfolio materials belong to Sereka Investments SRL or their respective rights holders. Project names identify and describe the projects.

You may browse the website and share links to its pages. Commercial reuse, substantial copying of the design or trademark use suggesting an association requires the rights holder’s consent, subject to statutory exceptions.

Rights to code and materials produced for a client are defined in that project’s contract.

5. Use, availability and external links

Please use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised system access, disrupt availability or distribute malicious content through contact channels.

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available. Errors, maintenance or outages may occur. Let us know if you find a problem so we can investigate.

External links lead to websites or apps with their own terms and privacy policies. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
